CANTON, NY – Senior Vladimir Manasse was the top Rutgers-Newark finisher as the Scarlet Raider competed in the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championships on the campus of St. Lawrence University.

Manasse finished 201st in a field of 272 runners as the Raiders finished 37th among 40 teams in the competition on the 8-kilometer course.  He posted a time of 29:07.8.

Junior Darnell Armstrong clocked a personal-best time of 29:12.6 to place second among Raider runners while senior Rolland Ying (29:24.4) finished ahead of freshmen Michael Agyei (32:30.0) and Ryan Sedlacik (32:41.7) to round out the Rutgers-Newark effort.
