Kevon Brown won the 60-meter hurdles to highlight Rutgers-Newark's day in the Thomson Invitational at the University of Delaware Field House.

Brown posted his second ECAC Indoor Championship qualifying time of the season, topping a field of 22 runners in 8.49 seconds.
Rookie sprinter
Dennis Willis, Jr. notched a pair of top 10 finishes: taking fifth in the 50-meter dash in 7.27 seconds and finishing ninth in the 200-meter dash with a clocking of 23.73.
Senior
Vladimir Manasse was fourth in a field of 43 runners in the 800-meter run with a personal best clocking of 2:01.72.
Freshmen

Michael Agyei, senior
Darnell Armstrong and Manasse teamed for a 3:31.36 time in the 4 x 400-meter relay to take third in a field of 14.
Next weekend, Rutgers-Newark will compete in both the New Balance Invitational at the NYC Amory and the Frank Colden Invitational at Ursinus College.
