Biography
JUNIOR (2011): Was 6-5 in singles, including 6-4 on the second flight, for the 6-6 Raiders… claimed the NJAIAW Flight A Consolation title, going 2-1 in the event… had an 8-3 record in doubles while playing on the top two flights five difference partners… went 2-4 in NJAC singles play, posting wins against Rutgers-Camden (9/10/11) and Kean (10/13/11).
SOPHOMORE (2010): Posted a 6-4 dual match singles record on the No. 2 court for the 5-5 Raiders… notched a 7-3 record on the No. 2 doubles court… was 2-3 in NJAC play and split a pair of singles matches in the NJAIAW Championship Tournament… won five of her last seven singles matches… won her final four doubles matches… teamed with freshman Michelle Kvitnitsky for all but one of her doubles wins.
FRESHMAN (2009): Top-flight singles and double player for Raiders as a rookie, posting an overall record of 7-7 singles and a 5-5 doubles mark... went 2-3 in NJAC singles play... took three of her final four singles matches and three of her last four doubles sets... reached championship match of the NJAIAW “A” flight.
NOTES: True freshman who walked on to make R-N roster in fall of 2009.
PERSONAL: Honor roll high school student... plans to major in biology at R-N... born on St. Croix... daughter of Valerie and George Lawrence... has one younger brother, Jordan.
